Social Media Specialist & Relocation Coordinator (Da-Nang - Vietnam)

We are looking for a Freelance team member that are creative, organized, and service-oriented who enjoys working with people and Social Media.
You should be proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to take full ownership of your tasks. Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-focused mindset are essential, as you will collaborate with both international clients and local service providers.
This position is split into 75% Social Media Management and 25% Relocation Coordination, offering a dynamic workday where you balance creativity with hands-on support. You must also be able to step in as a personal assistant to the management when needed.
Expected working hours are 37 hours per week.
Social Media 75%
- Manage Pro-Nordix’s social media channels in Da-nang
- Create and publish posts, stories, videos, and simple graphics
- Handle comments, messages, and engagement
- Track performance and prepare reports
- Support branding and digital campaigns
Relocation 25%
- Support Pro-Nordix's candidates moving to Vietnam
- Assist with housing, local services, and logistics
- Communicate with landlords and service providers
- Coordinate appointments and onboarding in accommodations
- Ensure a smooth relocation experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Vietnamese & English
- Social media or content creation experience preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Creative mindset with visual awareness
- Knowledge of Da Nang
